Position Summary
The Driver Qualification Specialist is responsible for ensuring CPG drivers and equipment meet all DOT, FMCSA, and CPG compliance standards from onboarding through ongoing operations. This role owns the auditing and activation of driver qualification files, drives accurate data entry into dispatch and third-party systems, and partners closely with Recruiting, Safety, and Terminal Operations to keep a compliant, ready-to-work driver workforce on the road.

Position Summary
The Transportation Maintenance Coordinator manages the day-to-day coordination of maintenance activities for CPG’s fleet of chassis, containers, and related equipment. Serving as a key point of contact between drivers, dispatch, and approved maintenance vendors, this role ensures repairs are dispatched quickly, completed in line with IEP (Intermodal Equipment Provider) protocols, and properly documented for billing and audit. The Coordinator plays a critical role in minimizing equipment downtime and keeping freight moving safely and on schedule.
