Pricing Specialist
The Pricing Specialist is responsible for managing rate requests by qualifying them according to guidelines and coordinating with sales reps to log opportunities in CRM. Provides accurate, timely rates to customers, facilitates TRT utilization for approved clients, and maintains tariff and customer rate files in TRT and TMS to ensure auto-rating accuracy. The role involves assisting with RFPs, ensuring margin levels are met, resolving pricing discrepancies, leading pricing strategy discussions with regional leadership, and researching market trends to recommend pricing adjustments; it will also identify opportunities for margin improvement and tariff compliance, ensure network-wide pricing integrity, and provide regional TRT training and support, along with other assigned duties.

Position Summary

This role owns the auditing and activation of driver qualification files, drives accurate data entry into dispatch and third-party systems, and partners closely with Recruiting, Safety, and Terminal Operations to keep a compliant, ready-to-work driver workforce on the road.

Position Summary
The Transportation Maintenance Coordinator manages the day-to-day coordination of maintenance activities for CPG’s fleet of chassis, containers, and related equipment. Serving as a key point of contact between drivers, dispatch, and approved maintenance vendors, this role ensures repairs are dispatched quickly, completed in line with IEP (Intermodal Equipment Provider) protocols, and properly documented for billing and audit. The Coordinator plays a critical role in minimizing equipment downtime and keeping freight moving safely and on schedule.
