Associate Project Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager, with experience in Planning & Business Operations to support cross-functional project execution within a fast-paced consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment. In this role, you will help ensure alignment across teams, maintain visibility over project timelines, and drive momentum across a portfolio of product initiatives including launches, renovations, and discontinuations within a growing food company focused on modern parents and families.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, marketing, product, R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure projects move forward efficiently from brief to launch. This role is critical in maintaining structure, tracking progress, and enabling clear communication across multiple concurrent workstreams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities can shift quickly and attention to detail is essential.
•Support end-to-end project coordination across product launches, renovations, and discontinuations, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked.
•Maintain and update project management tools such as Monday.com and Airtable to ensure accurate, real-time visibility of portfolio status.
•Track progress against critical paths, proactively identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies, and escalating issues when needed.
•Coordinate cross-functional inputs for product briefs, portfolio reviews, and planning meetings, ensuring all required information is collected and aligned on time.
•Follow up with stakeholders on outstanding actions and maintain momentum between formal meetings.
•Support the preparation and facilitation of recurring cross-functional meetings, including agenda creation, documentation of key decisions, and distribution of action items.
•Maintain portfolio-level trackers such as SKU lists, discontinuation logs, and at-risk or out-of-stock monitoring tools.
•Assist in building and continuously improving project tracking systems, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
•Ensure data integrity across planning tools and dashboards to support accurate decision-making.
•Contribute to process improvements that enhance visibility, reduce manual effort, and improve cross-functional coordination.
•Leverage modern tools, including AI-enabled platforms, to streamline reporting, tracking, and communication workflows.
Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
•3+ years of experience in project coordination, business operations, supply chain, FP&A support, or cross-functional program management roles.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce clear updates, summaries, and structured follow-ups.
•High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
•Experience in consumer goods (CPG), food and beverage, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) companies.
•Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Airtable, Asana, or similar platforms.
•Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Familiarity with product lifecycle management, including launches, renovations, and discontinuations.
•Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams.
•Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or workflow optimization initiatives.
•Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency in planning, reporting, and communication.
•Availability to commute to La Asunción, Belén de Heredia.
•Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Full-time role; candidate must be flexible with working hours based on operational needs.
