Position Summary The Driver Qualification Specialist is responsible for ensuring CPG drivers and equipment meet all DOT, FMCSA, and CPG compliance standards from onboarding through ongoing operations. This role owns the auditing and activation of driver qualification files, drives accurate data entry into dispatch and third-party systems, and partners closely with Recruiting, Safety, and Terminal Operations to keep a compliant, ready-to-work driver workforce on the road.
