Bilingual Agent: Remote Access Control Operator – Costa Rica
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Remote Gate Operator for our secure parking facility. As the primary point of contact for drivers and staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles while maintaining compliance with safety and security protocols. Your role will include handling customer inquiries, data verification, authorizing gate access, document review and entry, system mastery, data security, and collaboration with various departments.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Language proficiency: B2+ or higher level of English.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
• Technical competence: Proficiency in relevant data entry programs and tools.
• Internet speed: Minimum 150 Mbps or higher internet speed (wired connection).
•Availability to commute to La Asunción, Belén de Heredia.
•Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Full-time role; candidate must be flexible with working hours based on operational needs.
•Occasional extended hours and some Saturdays may be required.
Salary paid in US dollar.
