Marketing Account Manager
We’re hiring a Marketing Account Manager to own the day-to-day management of client accounts across email and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
This is a core role at Vyber. You’ll be responsible for keeping accounts running smoothly, translating strategy into execution, managing timelines, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. You’ll work directly with the founder and coordinate with internal and external execution partners.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll own client relationships and strategy, but you’ll also roll up your sleeves reviewing decks, coordinating execution with the team, attending pitches, and stepping in to move work forward when needed. If you prefer clearly defined lanes and strictly scoped responsibilities, this likely won’t be the right role for you.
This role can flex slightly based on experience, but the core focus is account ownership, marketing management, and project operations.

• Experience managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable owning work end-to-end rather than waiting for direction
